F1 Methodology
The Flourish One (F1) Methodology is unique and the intellectual property of Dr Terry Sheridan.

It works with a 91% success rate. This is the best return that is available on this planet.
One of the reasons the methodology works so well is that negative individuals leave a positive environment within days, or weeks, never staying for long as they realise that they cannot play their damaging games anymore. This ensures a minimisation of harm to other employees and backlash both financial and emotional to the angel investor.
This is based on Dr Sheridan's theoretical development of a model of management and the change of emotions to positive, across the board. This means the smallest startup - maybe just one person with a great idea, generates positivity and organises themselves to maximise their effort. This cuts the time considerably in creating a viable business because there are no mind games, power plays or negativity.
Too many startups fall prey to negative behaviour, like inviting members to the Board before the ink has dried on their contracts and it becomes endemic within. Lack of finance is blamed but the maltreatment of staff is the underlying cause. With toxic management no matter how good the idea is, it cannot grow and thrive. There are plenty examples of that.​ Jim Clark was relying on a top notch team, Lotus, matching his expectations but he lost a Grand Prix for an idiotic reason - running out of fuel. He was too much of a gentleman to say what he thought but privately he must have let rip. Lambasting your team lets you rage, but doesn't change the outcome.
First stage of the Flourish One (F1) process is finding the baby unicorns (yes they are babies, SMEs sounds awful!) are identified through an initial screening process of the investor's portfolio. The short list is then screened much more intensively. That process will lead to the birth and identification of the unicorn. The focus of our work.

My team and I will work with everyone in the startup to ensure there are no malevolent individuals. Then the emotional gearing to positivity is commenced with any negative emotions no matter how far back, being erased. The business will now, inevitably, flourish. We offer full support 24/7 assisting the baby unicorn and investor in every way. The built in emotional development means that with each stressor in the growth of the unicorn, the return rate to positive emotions is far quicker.

Hence the methodology is called Flourish One, resulting in winning teams and an F1 driver, the angel investor.
